Brandy Taylor Talore is convinced that clothes do make the man. "You can tell a lot about a man by the way he dresses," she says. "It's the key to his whole personality." As a fashion designer specializing in styles for big-chested women, Diane Poppos speaks with first hand insight on the subject of attire.
